the Subourbons

Adam Lee is a Louisville, KY-based woodwind player, who joined The Subourbons in 2022.  Adam grew up in Tallahassee Florida, and was blessed to be surrounded by, and influenced by some of the best musical educators in America. He is an alumnus of Florida State University, and was fortunate to have had the opportunity to play with several musical ensembles (including the Marching Chiefs) while persuing his degree. Adam’s first exposure to playing the Blues was with his high school jazz band. However, he really developed a passion for the music while in college, where he frequently found himself playing open mic nights at one of the local Blues bars in town.  Adam is honored to be able to bring his passion for live music and particularly the Blues to the stage with The Subourbons.
